Selectmen Meeting Minutes –1/10/05
Present: M. Genest-Chairman, M. Oldershaw, and B. Pratt

The selectmen voted to accept the minutes of the 12/21/04 meeting.
The Board formally approved and appointed Ian Donovan, Sgt. Of the Antrim Police Department.
The first item on the agenda was a review by all department heads of the current status on the budgets for 2005. All departments were reviewed and a few adjustments will be made prior to the Budget hearing.
Selectman Oldershaw announced to the Board his intention to resign as of March 10th, due to planned relocation. The Board accepted his resignation.
The board voted to reappoint Jeffrey Parsons as the Towns Health Officer, Mr. Doug Rowland and Mr. Eli Avery to the Ambulance Squad, and Mr. Frank Squires to the ZBA, and Ms. Carol Court to the position of “Alternate” on the ZBA.
The Town Administrator updated the selectmen on the current status of the Deering Bridge project, which is proceeding on schedule.

The selectmen reviewed various correspondence and signed the payroll and accounts payable for the week.
The Budget hearing and next selectmen’s meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 19th at 7:00 P.M.
The meeting adjourned at 8:50 p.m.
